Centrico welcomes Flavors of ChileDrop by Centrico from now through Friday, July 3rd to experience an exclusive Chilean four-course tasting menu designed by Chef Aarón Sanchez, with dessert by Double Crown’s pastry chef Ryan Butler. Both Aarón and Ryan recently took a trip to Chile in which he had the opportunity to experience the cuisines and wine of Santiago, Colchagua, San Pedro de Atacama, Puerto Montt and Chiloé. Aarón was particularly inspired by Chilean people’s commitment to preserving the authenticity and quality of their native products. Mapuche spices such as Merken and gourmet specialties like Ulmo Honey and Carica, and Extra Virgin Olive and Avocado Oils express Chile’s unique terroir. Infused wine vinegars, slowly processed and aged in French oak barrels, conserve the finest aromas and flavors of the land and wine. Stop by Centrico today to sample these wonderful products and more!

Chef vs. City premiers with Chef Aarón Sanchez![]()
Chefs vs. City Acclaimed chefs Aarón Sanchez and Chris Cosentino are pitted against two local foodies in a winner-takes-all race through a different city each week, through the most fascinating, unusual food locations. Each team begins with a clue leading them to their first food challenge. Challenges could include everything from wine stomping to the eating the spiciest chili west of the Mississippi to diving for sea urchins! The five challenges take the chefs and foodies on an adrenaline-charged, food-lovers tour of each city, and once complete, it’s a sprint to the finish line to see if the locals can protect their home turf or if the Food Network chefs can conquer a new city.
For years, chefs have shared their cooking secrets. Now eight popular Food Network personalities, including Chef Aarón Sanchez, open up about what's on their plates when they're not the ones behind the stove. In this half-hour special, they'll reveal all their favorite foods.
Passion and expertise rule the kitchen on the fast-paced new series, Chopped. The series challenges four up-and-coming chefs to turn a selection of everyday ingredients into an extraordinary three-course meal. After each course, a contestant gets "chopped" until the last man or woman left standing claims victory. Each week, a rotating panel of culinary elite judges, including Centrico's very own Aarón Sanchez, will decide whose dishes shine the brightest and award the winner $10,000! View video extras, biographies and schedules here.

Tribeca Grill Honored With Prestigious Grand Award![]() We are pleased to announce that Tribeca Grill has been awarded the prestigious Wine Spectator Grand Award for the 6th consecutive year! The Grill is one of only seven restaurants in New York City to earn the coveted honor. The Grand Award recognizes the world’s greatest dining establishments for wine. Only seventy-six restaurants worldwide received the award this year. Tribeca Grill is proud to be part of an esteemed group of restaurants that feature extraordinary cellars, exceptional wine service and fine cuisine. Wine Director David Gordon’s impressive international list – 1,800 selections and more than 20,000 bottles – establishes Tribeca Grill as a worldwide wine destination. He is most proud of the more than 300 different Châteauneuf du Papes on the list, making it the largest collection in the world from that appellation. Although all of the great wines areas of the world are covered, there is a special focus on California as well as Rhône wines. Highly allocated, artisanal producers such as Marcassin, Kistler, Williams Selyem, Bryant Family, Screaming Eagle, Harlan Estate and many others have vertical listings that have been cellared at the restaurant since release. More than 70 different Zinfandels are offered, the largest list in New York City. These wines, often produced from old, low yielding vines, have concentrated spicy flavors that complement the robust cuisine of Tribeca Grill’s Chef Stephen Lewandowski.
