Assistant Sommelier

We are looking for an individual who has restaurant service experience and a passion for wine. Actual Sommelier experience is not required – the position will entail work as a server with growth towards dining room floor Sommelier duties. The right candidate will be self motivated, have a ‘whatever-it-takes’ attitude, and be available nights, days, weekdays and weekends. Key responsibilities would be to assist the Sommelier in all aspects of managing our list of over 1800 selections: cellar maintenance, inventory, receiving, stocking, staff training and sales.
