Restaurateur Drew Nieporant (Nobu, Montrachet) and Bao 111's Michael Bao Huynh join forces for this TriBeCa newcomer, opening tomorrow. Huynh is also chef and co-
designer of the 4,500-square-foot, 120-seat loft space featuring crushed sunflower-seed walls and a mother-of-pearl, bamboo, and butcher-block bar. The modern Vietnamese menu promises frog leg lollipops, spicy wagyu beef-cheek stew, barramundi steamed in banana leaves, and kaffir lime duck with chayote, snow peas and lemongrass jus. Buddha's eye - Tanqueray 10, honeydew water and Thai basil - is one of the house elixirs.

Chef Laurent Tourondel expands his BLT empire (BLT Fish, Prime and Steak) with a BYO - build your own - setup starting with patties made from a mix of sirloin, short rib, chuck and brisket, served on your basic soft bun. Five kinds of fries include sweet potato and chili cheese, and a milkshake menu goes from vanilla to Mocha Mudslide to an adults-only Master Blaster of strawberry ice cream, Chambord and Frangelico.
